AA Various
AA provides suppliers of accommodation with a selection of templates with the option of integrating with the AA Travel reservation engine. I designed and coded a few templates for the AA Client Websites working in with the AA CMS.
Included various mockups, wireframes, toolboxes and icons for the new AA Tourism website redesign. A weather component was included as part of the redesign - I had great joy designing these elements.
An internal project to encourage a healthy team competition. The goal was to see who could walk the most steps every week. There was also a prize for the overall winner with the most steps over the period of 6 weeks. Everyone involved was issued a pedometer and a website was created where you could enter your steps, view a ledger board and see the radius walked on a NZ Map.
I adapted a flash frogger game with a Kiwiana theme for the annual AA Xmas card mail out. The game included a worm character and many other vector elements. The goal of the game was for the worm to escape a pukeko whilst getting across the water to the holiday island destination. Another version of the game with a Aussie twist was created for AAA Tourism. Xmas Game
The Rugby World Cup brought a large number of new customers to New Zealand. The microsite was an opporunity to market accommodation and Iconic Kiwi adventures around the World Cup Games. Twitter, Facebook and YouTube were used to encourage customer interaction.
